 Group meeting in October 2021 facilitated vibrant discussions and knowledge sharing, fueling research innovation and collaborative growth.

Following the monthly group meeting, the TPM group organized an excursion to Wörlitzer Park. This excursion provided an excellent opportunity for team members to relax and bond outside of the regular work environment. Wörlitzer Park, known for its picturesque landscapes and historical significance, offered a serene backdrop for the group to explore and enjoy nature together. The visit to this UNESCO World Heritage site not only allowed the TPM group to unwind but also encouraged informal discussions and idea sharing, fostering a stronger sense of camaraderie among its members.

In 2021, on a Friday evening after a productive day of work at the OVGU Campus, the research group convened for a well-deserved break, transforming the gathering into a delightful multicultural experience. As diverse as the group members' backgrounds were, so too were the delectable dishes they brought from their respective home cuisines, creating a gastronomic fusion that everyone relished. This convivial gathering not only allowed for relaxation but also fostered an environment of cultural exchange, strengthening the team's bonds and celebrating our diverse group.

A productive day at OVGU ended with a cultural celebration, uniting the team over shared culinary delights.

Following a successful project meeting, the cooperation partners from TU Munich and collaborating partners from China decided to enrich their working relationship with a cultural exchange experience. They seized the opportunity to immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of Oktoberfest, Munich's world-renowned beer festival. This initiative aimed to foster a deeper understanding of each other's cultures and build stronger bonds among the team members. The exchange at Oktoberfest provided an enjoyable platform for sharing traditions, discussing project strategies in a relaxed setting, and building a foundation for future collaborations.
